PR China
To get Chinese Visa you need:
-       Application form

-       1 passport picture

-       Passport of your home country (after leaving China validity should longer than 6 month)

-       Confirmed arrival in China (this you get from us)

-       Confirmed departure from China (here you need flight confirmation / plane-ticket)
 
Remark:
Normally you do not need invitation letter. Sometimes some Chinese Consulates are asking therefore - if it happens you will get it from our registered office in Beijing
 
Mongolia
To arrange Mongolian Visa the needed papers are:
-       Application form

-       1 passport picture

-       Passport of your home country (after leaving Mongolia validity should longer than 6 month)
 
Remark:
Some Mongolian Consulates in Europe are asking for invitation letter which you will get from us.

Therefore we need:
1. Name as written in the passport
2. Passport number and validity of passport
3. Date of birth
 
Russian Federation
To arrange Russian Visa the needed papers are:
-       Application form

-       1 passport picture

-       Passport of your home country (after leaving Russian Federation validity should longer than 6 month)

-       Confirmed arrival in Russian Federation (please let us know)

-       Confirmed departure from Russia (you get from us, it is included in invitation letter)

-       Voucher for Russia (you get from us)

-       Special invitation letter for Russia including confirmed itinerary (you get from us)

 
Remark:
-       Some of the Consulates are requesting the invitation, routing et cetera from legalist offices.
Do not worry this we are with our partner. In every country (Russian Federation, Mongolia, PR China) we have registered offices and all of them are accepted by Interior Ministry or / and Foreign Ministry.

-       All Visa are only valid after add into your passport for 3 month, inside this 3 month there is the validity period of entering / leaving the countries

-       Please be informed that our partner are handling Visa procedure since 1979

February till middle March 2011 – all Russian Federation et cetera invitation letters, voucher will be send to you via E-mail
 
Middle March till beginning May 2011 – Embassy by Embassy you apply for the different Visa
